Would never stay there again idk why its still open bad smell and has roaches the property just look sketchy i reserved a one br King got to the property she gave me 2 br and the stairs to walk up looked dangerous just a scary hotel

Looks like they are trying to update the hotel. However, the blankets and sheets were stained. Tape held our table together. BUT there were NO bugs, the water was super HOT with great pressure, and the bed was super comfy! We booked 2 nights, and only stayed 1 bc of our neighbor.

Rain had delayed my arrival, but with the reservation the night clerk was able to get me checked in fairly quickly. There were no cups in the room.

Stay away

Furniture was scraped, coming apart and in one case a large section of the bench was lying on the floor. The fridge had a broken knob, the tub was stained and there was no soap. The staff was nice though.

This was the nastiest place I had ever seen the room was filthy and even had feces still piled up in the toilet then when they switched me rooms they didn’t upgrade me, and the next room was not as clean as it should be either

There was a lot of noise from the interstate and people coming and going at all hours. The furniture was very worn, but the matress was surprisingly comfortable!! The blankets on both beds had lots of holes. The toilet roll dispenser was missing the spring rod, but at least there was toilet paper on the shelf in the bathroom. There wasn't much selection for breakfast, but it was sufficient.

Sad regrets

We had 2 rooms. One did not have any towels or pillow cases on the beds... The other did not have soap. It just did not feel clean. We would not stay at this hotel again, and would like to forget ever staying there.

Don't stay here. We have stayed in several super 8s and this is by far the worst. The toilet hadn't been clean on the outside and there was mascara and lipstick on the linens. The chairs in the room were dingy. Also the part of town is super sketchy. We did not feel safe at all. There's a sign at the front desk that says no refund after 10min of check in. It's really all anyone needs to know.

Place was dirty n smelled like pee on our room the fridge was broke and loaded with mold. There was handprints all over the tv n mirrors. We addressed the issues and they didn’t have any more rooms or anyone come clean or fix it. The pillows were dirty dirty n smelled horriable! Never come here!

When I came to check in at 10 PM, they gave me the room key, when I went in the room, the room was not cleaned, had trash in the garbage can, dirty bath matt in front of shower, dust and dirt all over floors, bed unmade. Took them another 30 minutes to clean it, because there were no other non-smoking rooms. Room still dirty after cleaning, overall disgusting. Crazy loud from freeway right next to hotel.

The floors were filthy. I walked around barefooted and the soles of my feet were BLACK. No phone for a wake up call. Could only get 1 channel on the TV and the clerk had to come down to even make it work.

Pros: The refrigerator worked well and was nice and big. They had a table that I was able to work from that was really nice. The shower had great water pressure. The hot water came out fast and was wonderfully hot. They had complimentary ice which was really nice. There was plenty of toilet paper. The air conditioning worked really well. The staff was really sweet and helpful. The wifi was really fast and I was able to work easily. Cons: The floor was really dirty. The complimentary tissue box was empty. The shower curtain was moldy. The breakfast area was messy and not well stocked. Overall it was a pretty good hotel for the price.

Disappointed and Disillusioned

This motel was disappointing. Everything that was suppose to be in the room wasn't. Iron, ironing board, blow dryer, coffee pot. When I asked about these items I was giving a iron, ironing board, coffee pot. Then the filter container didnt fit correctly. I had to stand and hold it while making coffee. Our towels, wash clothes, and bed sheets were badly stained. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I actually canceled my second stay I had booked.

My daughter smashed a bug as soon as we walked in. The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The door didn’t seal all the way around, so the inside temperature was the same as the outside temperature. The breakfast was nasty. Waffles and syrup tasted like one or both (batter or syrup or both) had gone bad. Great sounds of the interstate traffic outside our door because the door was thin and had gaps around it. Holes were in the bathroom door, but the water was hot for showers. 10/10 would NOT stay again.

Very dissatisfied

When we walked into the room there was an awful mild smell. There was mold all along the base boards a walls. Room was not cleaned very well. The fire alarm was not there . Phones didn’t work. There was only 1 towel for 2 guest , when I went to front desk to ask for more they weren’t too pleased. There was no hot water for showers. Breakfast they were out of butter,so that meant no waffles or toast, cereal was very low for number of guests.

This property is being turned into some sort of filthy pay by the hour or pay by the week squatters paradise. It is in a questionable (at best) part of town. When we arrived, the lobby was torn apart and locked. There was no one inside. No computer, no phone, nothing. Just construction equipment. There were several shady looking characters loitering around the parking lot. I was traveling with my 3 young children, and having never been to Little Rock before, I didn't know this side of town was the side to stay away from. After the occupants leered at us and started to approach us, I assumed the worst, feared for our safety, and drove out of there and didn't look back. You know that gut feeling you have when something is terribly wrong? Yeah... that's this place. Expedia, please take this listing down. Luckily Expedia was able to process a refund right away, and we ended up staying at a much more reputable hotel on the river walk.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Horrible customer service. Halfway through check in and she stops and checks another customer in and then takes an attitude when I got angry and put me in an upstairs smoking room. I had reserved a nonsmoking room and I requested, as you can see on reservation "downstairs room please." She put me in the room furthest away on the top floor that caused asthma issued as soon as I walked in the smoke filled room. I go back down and tell her my request and she shows me her computer screen wherein I requested a smoking room upstairs furthest away. REALLY. This is the most ridiculous thing in the world that she literally added that to her screen to show me when I came back angry at the room. I'm an older woman traveling alone in a brand new Porsche. I've never smoked a cigarette in my life. I am so utterly shocked over all this that Hotels.com and Super 8 are off of my list for good!@
