"Parking was great, staff seemed friendly...now for the room experience. When we first walked in, it smelt pretty bad...like wet gym socks. We cranked the AC and sprayed some of our own fragrance and it seemed to help. As I sat on the bed, there was this small pesky bug that wouldn't go away. Didn't think much of it. "This was an excellent hotel but very ultra modern. Since i like traditional decor and furniture there were some things that i did not like. I prefer a chest of drawers in a hotel room not the bench with 2 little drawers which were insufficient. There was no desk just and oval table which did not suffice for our laptops. I would also prefer a microwave to a safe since warehouse 72 only had overpriced fru fru fussy food. Also the pool access was through the parking lot which was a bad design."

"The front desk staff were so helpful when we asked to make a few changes on the room we reserved, and they were able to assist us kindly understanding our situation.They also explained the details we needed to know about our room exchange, parking and hotel amenities. "I rarely leave reviews, but I was very happy with the customer service. We stayed one night, before getting on a cruise. It was advertised that they have a free shuttle from SNA. Which is one of the things I was looking for before booking. The day we arrived, the driver was out sick and they couldn’t send the shuttle, so they offered to reimburse my Uber ride. "Thin walls, my room was by the entry exit door and i heard ir all night long. The staff is great, its fine for a 1 night place to crash but dont vacation here."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The property is located close to big stores like Walmart, Target, and Dollar Tree, there is decent amount of parking, and the free Disney shuttle is great. The breakfast was very good, with lots of hot and cold variety. The coffee was fantastic. The staff was very pleasant. The only downside was the room was a little on the humid and damp side, but that is the LA weather."
