"Very nice hotel , characterful , nice decor in room and public areas. We upgraded to a sea view/balcony room. Was excellent Haven’t tried the Chophouse Restaurant. The Lounge Bar had nice atmosphere with a DJ and many locals popping in for a pint , although the staff were very friendly the service was slow. Will stay again the night before a ferry crossing"

The staff were friendly and accommodating. A great atmosphere. The weather was really good, so we enjoyed relaxing in the garden. It was definitely good value for money. Would 100% stay again."

"Quick overnight stop before using the tunnel crossing the next morning. Easy check in, decent car park, clean and comfortable, with petrol station a few hundred yards away. Great stay"
