"We were told that check in was until 8pm, no exceptions. So we organized our entire day to ensure we were there by 8pm. An hour later, reception was checking in somebody else, so clearly exceptions were made for some, but not us. Didn't leave us with a good feeling. "Our (family with 2 kids under 12 y.o.) stay was very nice. The responsible person at the hotel was very helpful with our requests and made some very nice suggestions during our 4-night stay. The junior suite was nice, warm and clean. Our younger son, 7 y.o., loved his own bed area under the staircase. The home-made breakfast was very nice, too."
