"Room Clean, Bed Comfortable, Hallways are a bit dark"

"This is an older hotel. Outdated. Small tubs, fabric shower curtains that wet the whole floor, barn door on BR, no privacy. Housekeeping is hit or miss. Went 3 days w/o. Absolutely FULL of multiple youth sports groups—loud in hallways and foyer, difficulty finding breakfast table. Hard to find a parking space."

"The room was not clean! Hair in the bed!! Staff came to my room after I complained and yelled at us. Very unprofessional, did not feel comfortable to continue my stay. Extremely disappointed! Would not return or recommend to anyone."

My refrigerator in my room was broken, no microwave, the bathroom was half cleaned along with spotty wifi which made watching TV horrible with all the freezing. The ice machine on my floor was also broken and overall the property is dated. The beds weren't bad and I would stay there again if I had...

"Everything was great except my room. It was a little run down. Both phones in room was not working, one of the lights on the side of the bed was not working. Air conditioner was loud. It was also leaking water on the floor I didn’t notice till I went to grab things near the air conditioner and it was all wet."

"This property is well situated on Central Floridas major hwy I 4. It’s in a super safe area and at no time was i nervous about arriving late at night. Attentive staff were friendly and knowledgeable. No breakfast is offered…the little store in the lobby has lots of good choices if you decide to stay in. Terrific laundry facilities and a workout area. I struggled with writing this because businesses have really been going through it. This property needs a facelift. There was an actual screw...
