"Our rooms were very clean, the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, but lol grits. The pool was inside but nice. As a caregiver for a disabled veteran, to feel safe I could have used another rail in the tub/ shower. I love the location, we had lots of options for food or shopping. We’ll definitely come back!"

"The rooms are new and very nice. You can hear everything that happens in the hall. As nice as the hotel is with great location the food has to get a big thumbs down. Breakfast is not supposed to end until 9. We went down at 8:30 and there was not much left. Staff was trying to clean up and take things away. They shut down the waffle station at 10 til 9. I understand the time it ends but to end it early with no muffins out no eggs or potatoes is sad with 30 minutes remaining "

"The room was ok there were brown bugs in bathroom and on side of headboard. Even though they were dead it was concerning. The bed frame was not clean. The entire room could use an update and if it was clean thoroughly maybe the bugs would have been found. The room was not clean to my standards. "

"Since it’s a newly built hotel, the exterior is very clean, but there are still some areas that need improvement 1. Although it is actually a non-smoking room, it was listed as a smoking room at the time of booking. I contacted both the Expedia customers center and the hotel, but the issue was not corrected. 2. "The Kingston Hotel was exactly what we needed for our business trip. Room was roomy, beds were comfy, and staff was always present at the front desk if you need them. A few things to note if you are considering here is that they do not have a pool and we couldn't figure out when the restaurant was open. We tried to go there for lunch and they never were open. Hours are not posted (or we couldn't find them) and a menu was not anywhere in sight. That was the only disappointment that we had."
