"The room in stayed in was terrible. I was on a work trip amd had meeting and presentations the next day, and to my surprise none of the charging ports in my room were working and upon complaining to the front desk no one even came to fix those. The front desk staff was not emphatic at all and didn’t show any excitement to resolve the issue. Never recommending this place to anyone as the amenities are very very old and are not maintained. "

"The hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were spacious - mini kitchen was really nice. Not very sound proof. Heard our neighbours tv clearly in our room and they didn’t have it very loud. Bed side tables on either side of each bed would be helpful. (Relocated the chair side table for the night) Breakfast was ok. Not enough seating for more than 20 ish people. Nothing special and it abruptly ended when I found a long dark hair that wasn’t mine in my eggs. (Maybe a hair net for staff?). Pool was heated and son enjoyed the water slide. Happy kid is a bonus. In some regards it was good however I’m glad we only stayed one night. Not on my list to return to during our next stay in Sudbury."
