"Parking was almost non existent. They have about 20-30 spots available, ideally for smart car size vehicles. Bad smell upon entering the hotel, even worse upon entering our room. Smelled like someone had smoked in it just previous. AC wasn't turned on so room was musty and hot. Bed sheets had stains on them. Everything felt dirty and the smell in the room and bathroom was nauseating. The bathroom didn't even have any handsoap. Being downtown there were homeless people everywhere outside, didnt feel safe. Thats obviously not the hotels fault but worth being aware of"

"So convenient to access hospital. Hotel parking only a short walk to the hospital. Room was clean however beds were lumpy with rubber mattress protectors that were noisy every time you moved in bed. A/C malfunctioning and a staff member came up to fix. It started to cool down and then malfunctioned again. 24 degrees and wouldn’t cool down. Had surgery in the morning and couldn’t deal with maintenance interruptions any longer. Needed some rest. Poor breakfast selection. Had stayed here previous but probably not in the future."

"Never accept a room on the first floor. This is where they stick people they want to screw with. Loud, constantly banging external door, just beware. I will not spend another dime in that hotel (almost $300 per night) to have that crap. Go to Marriot instead and I spent probably 20 nights in this hotel until the staff decided to screw with me because I came in 20 minutes earlier than their 3 pm check-in."
