"Valet and Bell guys were great! Rooms were outdated but beds comfortable. Air conditioning needs replacing or to be updated - seems as though the rooms are humid. Check out is at 12 which I liked until staff started knowing on the door continually every 10 minutes along with phone calls. We were out with our bags and at valet by 11:45 just felt rushed- as they also turned the heater on in the room around 11 am to start pushing you out - thermostats are controlled by staff - this was a bad experience since the room was heated up to 75 while trying to get our bags together( it was 107 outside ) . The kids enjoyed the slides in the pool that was nice."

"Fun, family friendly, great service hotel. i will always wonder why hotels with a Lazy River, Splash Zone, Water Slides, and Beach implement ridiculous policies like closing those amenetites at 5pm. It doesnt even get dark until 8pm, and the weather outside is literally 100 degrees until midnight. Ridiculous Restrictive Policies."

"The unit was perfect for a weekend getaway. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. If staying in Palm Desert, I highly suggest this location compared to the other big name resorts. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, there are pickleball courts, tennis courts and a golf course. The highlight of my trip is always the giant figure 8 swimming pool. 10/10 recommend this resort!"
