Room not cleaned properly. Housekeeping gave 1 set of towel instead of 2 during one of the cleaning sessions. Phone in the room no longer working. Was told that they are doing away with the phone. Bathroom floor sounds when steps.

The hotel is dated but despite this is very comfortable and very clean the staff are very pleasant and helpful our room was a good size although the bathroom was very small we could not both fit in at one time so tooth brushing was done separately.
