The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom however requires some maintenance as there is mold around the bath and tiles. Also the shower attachments are loose (Room 207). Note that for me the bed was too soft.

As previous reviews indicate, this is a wonderful setting, rivalling a Greek Island or even the Amalfi Coast in Italy. Beautiful view and accommodations. Very warm and friendly staff. Had an excellent stay at Ilala Crest Lodge. Staff were incredibly friendly. I had a large well appointed room/ flat with sitting area and separate bedroom.
