Very basic but clean motel.

This was more of a motel than a hotel, basic and clean, attached to a motorway service station. Unusual tapas restaurant attached, very tasty.

Simple but convenient, superb breakfast

The hotels is located next to the highway. The reception is open 24h, which was convenient for travelers that arrive late. Rooms are simple but OK for an overnight stay. The breakfast was superb, with a very large variety of fresh foods.

Typical roadside hotel, but better than most; has a good sized gym, a sauna and a jacuzzi to relax in after a day of driving. Perfect for a one nighter.

Nice room with everything you need. It is located outside of Ljungby close to the main road. Breakfast was good and included everything we needed.

Fantastically comfortable room!

We had low expectations but booked because we needed a place to stay on our road trip and they had a Pinchos but we were blown away by thr comfort of the room! Very modern and clean, lovely contemporary design--even the kids said their fold out beds were super comfortable. We'll be coming back!

Roadtrip overnighter

Stayed overnight on a roadtrip. Late check-in (after midnight), no problem. Bed was very comfortable, room was big enough for all four (kids got a cute bunk bed) and very clean. Next day breakfast buffet was good with excellent bacon and eggs. Considering the price of the stay all of this was way above my expectations, would definitely overnight there again on future trips.

Rummet var mycket kalt och möblerna var slitna. Trots att jag uppgraderade till ett superiorrum märkte jag ingen skillnad i standard, vilket var mycket besvikande. Jag vill även avråda från att bo här under vintermånaderna, då rummet kändes kallt och inte särskilt trivsamt. Frukosten motsvarade inte heller den nivå man förväntar sig av ett Best Western-hotell. Utbudet var mycket begränsat, och när jag frågade varför det inte fanns något mörkt bröd fick jag tyvärr inget tillfredsställande svar. Jag hoppas att ni tar detta till er och ser över både rumsstandarden och frukostutbudet för att förbättra framtida gästers upplevelse.

Rent och litet rum. Det fanns en restaurang i samma byggnad som vi inte fick veta i förväg och det krävdes att vi hade bokat bord. Nu blev vi hänvisade till den mer allmänna trista stora lokal som visserligen serverade lagad mat men mer åt utskänkningsställe än trivsel. Personalen var dock trevlig och tillmötesgående.

Det här stället har korvkiosk personal till receptionist som saknar gästvänlighet och servicekunskaper i all sin mening. Hon hade väldigt dåligt bemötande mot en gäst som påpekade att hotellet låg mitt i en bensinmack bredvid motorvägen, och det inte alls var nära centrum som det framgick i hotellbeskrivningen. Hotellrummet var inte prisvärt heller, jämfört med andra hotell såsom Clarion och Scandichotell i samma prisklass. Dåligt städade rum och smutsig badrum med läckande duschkran. Det var inte behagligt att vistas där tyvärr. Det enda positiva med vistelsen var deras någorlunda goda frukost.
