Check in was quick and easy, the room was clean but there was very little space and no coat hooks or hooks for towels in bathroom. We had a good stay, wouldn't return. Weekend breakfast timing is 0800-1000 but we were offered 0700-0900 as the only people in the hotel and the owner had other plans.
