"It is a very old hotel , and I expected lots of creakiness but it was fine , a really interesting building in the town centre with a car park . The only downside was the lack of breakfast ( no food available at all ) but it is surrounded by food outlets and pubs"

"Never been before and found it to be a fab place and really good value with sensible prices in the bar. Ground are beautiful and it is a very relaxing place with friendly and helpful staff"

"Love the room we stayed in, good space , bathroom was great big bath with TV, good shower aswell, bed comfortable, view over canal was nice, had breakfast lovely, spa was a 2 min walk, garden was nice, overall excellent"
