"The stay was excellent. Had zero issues & was helped tremendously by the staff with my bombardment of questions. Obviously take note that there is an airport nearby & planes sometimes flew over you but I wasn't woken up by this at all even with the windows left open."

"Overall, the property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The wildlife was a highlight of the stay. We saw monkeys, a sloth, lizards and many different types of birds, which made the experience feel especially unique. The hotel itself was peaceful and never felt overly crowded, which was a major plus. The main drawback was the service, which was consistently slow throughout the stay. "Fresh juice, breads, small pastries, coffee and egg to order options included. Addional breakfast items available on the menu if desired at additional cost. The pancakes and french toast were delicious. We didnt have a beach view from the room but could see it from the dining and pool area. It is very close. We loved hearing the crashing waves at night it was lovely to fall asleep to. "

"Unfortunately they are Definitely still working out the kinks of a new hotel - Location is fabulous, rooms are new clean and beautiful and the staff was kind. The Censes restaurant left lots to be desired and the logistical mishaps of the front desk charging and lost and found procedure was a bit exhausting…. Hope to try it again one day but maybe after they worked all the kinks out. "

"Upon arrival we were already concerned about the surrounding area which I will say is very sketchy and neither one of us felt safe outside the hotel. The hotel is surrounding by iron gates and razor wire. The free parking is located across the street and just a little way down the street. The security gate is opened from the hotel. It is a dirt / rock / and broken tile lot with many holes to navigate around. When you’re done parking you have to negotiate your way across a large roadway back...

The rooms were clean, functional, The layout of the property with its lush tropical gardens gives it an advantage, considering it's surrounded by small homes and businesses, and a busy highway very close by."
