"The front desk staff provided great service. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi wasn’t working, and we would have appreciated knowing that in advance. We used the swimming pool, which was fine, although it could have been cleaner. The carpet in the room also felt a bit dirty, and the shower is quite small. ..."
