"Brilliant location short walk from restaurants and bars, and next to tram hub station. Clean and good condition with helpful staff. But someone had smoked in my room and the smell wouldn’t go away. Refurbishment of building just behind resulted in enough noise at 6:30am to wake me up. Would stay there again despite the issues. "
