Einfach mehr erwartet

An einer Rezeption sollten eigentlich die Organisation eines Hotels liegen, hier nicht! Kein Verantwortlicher persönlich zu erreichen. Personal bemüht aber wirkt überarbeitet und unkonzentriert.Reklamation per Telefon abgehandelt, kein Nachtportier in einem wirklich tollen Haus mit sehr gepflegter Aussenanlage.

very disappointed with this hotel. Supposed to be really nice spa hotel. First visual stepping inside the hallway to the reception was dead flowers in the pots right inside the door. broken fridge in the room with a replacement unit put on the floor so you had no outlets available except if you removed the one for the fridge. no ventilators, old decorations in the room - very 70-ies which can be ok but looked more like a hostel than an upscale hotel room for 195 dollars. The spa was left with dirty towels, dead plants, and absolutely not invititing. the outside area was nice and view towards the hills amazing. Restaurant was mediocre. plastic tables with no placemats etc. small drink napkins, slow service and kitchen apperently closed at 9:30 pm and waiter who cleared out table at 9:25 didnt ask if we wanted dessert so when we asked for that when he came back we were told that kitchen closed at 9:30 so sorry out of luck but we could get a drink from the bar that closed at 10 pm on a friday night. no options to get anything in a hotel with several hundred people !! breakfast was nice big buffet and help yourself. never saw a waiter or had interaction with anybody. was absolutely not the stay we expected . we slept and left and would not recommend to go there except if you really really have to find a place to stay and nothing else is available.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen. Weniger schön war, dass 4 Bedienungen es nicht schafften eine Bestellung aufzunehmen. Sie waren mit Kartentricks vorführen und anderen Dingen beschäftigt. 3/4 Stunde für einen Kaffee und ein Eis sind schon recht lange. Es lag nicht an Überfüllung von Gästen. Bezahlen sollte ich dann Dinge, die ich nicht erhalten hatte. Ein völliges Durcheinander. Am 2. Tag wurde das Zimmer nicht gemacht. Das geht überhaupt nicht.

Das Personal schaut die Gäste im Hotel bei Begrüßungen nicht an. Die Rezeptionsdamen sind schnell mit Wünschen der Gäste überfordert und winden sich in ihren eigenen Hotelproblemen. Der Service im Poolbereich ist bis 14.00Uhr nicht vorhanden, so das keine Getränke oder Snacks bestellt werden können. Ein Verlust für das Hotel selbst. Saunabereich wird nicht nach Wunsch des Gastes eröffnet, sondern erst ab 13.00.Uhr, so dass man kalt in Behandlungen gehen muss. Alles in einem war es den Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Das Hotel lässt an vielen Kleinigkeiten zu wünschen übrig, so dass man mehr die Gastronomie im Ort besucht,als im Hotel.

Habe hier ein Einzelbettzimmer bezogen. Leider überhaupt nicht 4-Sterne sondern eher 2-Sterne-like. Der Wellness Bereich dagegen ist TOP!

Wellnesshotel an der Mosel

Schönes Hotel mit gutem Wellnessbereich In- Außenpool und diversen Saunen. Sogar ein Whirlpool ist vorhanden. Der Außenbeleuchtung ist sehr gepflegt und weitläufig. Das Abendessen kann sowohl als reichhaltiges Buffet oder A la Carte gewählt werden.
