"Excellent hotel. Beautiful. Attention to detail. Friendly and helpful staff. We had two adjoining rooms. Unfortunately, the A/C did not work in one room (during the heat wave). It was frustrating that this problem was not resolved during our stay. But the front desk applied a credit towards our bill. ..."

Once issue was reported, staff did promptly respond and brought us fans but given the extreme heat situations they could have at least offered an additional bottle of water, ice or followed up with us to check on the comfort situation as we are senior ..."
