"They didn’t allow me for me staying when I was booking date they said we don’t have any approval from hotels.com….so I went some other hotel ….when can I get my payment back ?"

"Shocked with the hotel. It’s little better than lodge & feel terribly cheated having paid 10k a night. I understand it was Christmas weekend but anyone booking should not pay more than 5k a night. Sheets & towels were clean "
