"Elevator went out due to snake entering mechanical room wrapping itself into pulley system.. it was resolved quickly.. stairs had to be used but help was made available by their staff… loved that stair way has rails both sides and there aren’t that many stairs between floors.. makes for great exit ..."

"As always our stay was nice and comfortable. Little issue getting tv to work but front desk came and helped in a jiffy. Ice make wasn't working, but other than that our room was clean."
