"We stayed in an executive suite with a full kitchen, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property. While the room was clean and generally had most of what we needed, the kitchen was not properly stocked for actual meal preparation. There was only one fork, two spoons, and six butter knives. There was no cutting board and no sharp knife, making it difficult to prepare food despite having a full kitchen available. When we asked the front desk about the missing kitchen items, the response was disappointing. We were told that we had to request for the kitchen to be stocked with plates, utensils, and other basics. My husband was initially offered a plastic fork, which felt inadequate given that we were staying in an executive suite with a full kitchen. I later went down myself and asked for a sharp knife and real utensils. The staff member was very matter-of-fact and handed me a bin containing plates, cups, glasses, and other items. However, there was no offer to bring the bin to the room or otherwise assist, which did not feel warm or helpful. Overall, the property was okay and clean, though it could use some updating. The biggest issue was not simply the missing utensils, cutting board, or sharp knife—it was the lack of helpfulness and hospitality from the front desk staff. Because of that experience, we would not choose to stay there again."
