Not worth for your money

This hotel looks good in pics ! Reception area is impressive but the moment you step in the room you feel the dirty smelly stuff. Bathroom isn't cleaned for years... Front desk is least concern about your requests for clean room ! At checkin I was taken for a toss because I got the good deal from hotels.com and they didn't like it! They asked me to pay full tariff but after a discussion with one of their managers they agreed to check me in. Probably this is the reason I was given the worst room !

I had booked hotel from Hotels.com. I received confirmation mail from Hotels.com. but when I went there for check-in they said my booking was not confirmed and I had to search for other hotel. My experience was not good at all.
