"Absolutely best location! It was right in the middle of the everything! I could not be more happier with the hotel itself. Our room was amazing once we stepped in and the view was perfect. We were very immersed in the city and we could easily access just by stepping outside. The staff were also amazing! They were the friendliest and most welcoming community. "I traveled with my family. Although the hotel is located about a 15–20 minute walk from the main attractions in the city center, it is worth it. Here’s why: 1. The hotel lobby is staffed 24 hours a day. 2. The staff were very helpful and stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. 3. The place is very well kept, breakfast had a surprisingly wider variety of food for a continental breakfast, and is in a nice quiet part of Florence that is still accessible to the city centre. There are also some roaming cats around that became joyful to spot throughout our stay - thoroughly recommend this hotel!"
