"Although our room was small (we’ll get a larger one next time) it was nicely appointed with beautiful recessed lighting, extravagant crown molding, and other touches. It appears to have been redone very recently and it shows - new carpets, fresh paint, etc. The bathroom included a modern shower with plenty of hot water and a clever heated mirror. Although we faced a busy street, it was remarkably quiet with renovated interior windows. The staff are a delight and we loved the friendly atmosphere...

"Room was very clean. Good supply of spotless white towels. Complimentary water in the room is a nice touch too. We had a great view from the 12th floor and despite staying on a Saturday, it was very quiet and we did not hear a thing so our sleep was undisturbed. The hotel is in an excellent location and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We had a slight issue at check-in because the hotel has a new IT system and if I hadn’t been extra vigilant I could have paid...
