"This facility is in need of updating asap. We did not stay once we got to the room. It was not clean and we decided to go elsewhere. The front desk staff was fantastic! She needs a prize for dealing with this poor mess of a hotel. "

"The room was good, but a bit tired. Trims around shower all swollen with water and painted over. Sink in bath had cracks but did not leak. Could use some tlc. Was adequate for our purposes. "

"We've stayed at Metro many times. It's very convenient if you are seeing a Knights game. This time we had a room that faced inside the building (as opposed to Dundas Street). Room was comfy for one night but the layout of the room was a little strange. The bathroom drain didn't work super well. Minor stuff as this is a reliable place to stay in downtown London. We'll be back. "
