The front desk staff were always accommodating, the concierges, Firas and Thomas, always provided the best recommendationsand the manage, Durgesh handled everything with the utmost professionalism and skill. He made you feel specialnwith each encounter, with such pride in his facility. I highly recommend staying here during your next visit to London, if you want the finest accommodations in Kensington.

This hotel is in a fabulous location only 5 minutes walk away from the tube station giving you access to all of London. Museums and the Royal Albert Hall are also nearby. Plenty of restaurants and places to eat around the hotel as well as two mini supermarkets should you want anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Although a smaller room then I’m used to, I had a lovely stay here and would definitely come back! Everything was walkable distance and the room is extremely clean. Breakfast was quite lovely with various options. The hotel overall is beautiful inside and outside. I walked the majority of the time during my stay but did take the train sometimes, which is also within an easy walkable distance from the hotel. Would recommend

This is a lovely hotel to stay in Kensington. It feels very luxurious when you walk in. You’re welcomed by an incredible staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a little small, but it is a city so to be expected. Everything was clean. The location was wonderful! Close proximity to two different tubes and easy access to taxis and Ubers at all Times. we truly enjoyed our stay here.
