Property was in poor condition very bad water marks on the ceiling, and the mattress was like sleeping on a brick. Kitchen was very clean with very basic amenities however bathroom needed a clean before using. The bed was very uncomfortable and overall it was not at ll what was described and pictured when booked. Only plus size was location. Would not book again

While the detail clarifies that it is actually a studio I did not see that at the time of booking and felt that the marketing was deliberately misleading. Deliberately misleading marketing should not be allowed on Expedia.

Parking is impossible to find and extremely expensive. We were doing some trips out from London, I'd recommend staying further out from if you plan any day trips to avoid the exorbitant amount of traffic into/out of Chelsea. The area was incredible for the time we were staying local, but the facilities were mostly clean and the elevator has been broken for about 7 years now.

This was a last minute booking, and we got two studios for my family of 6. They got us on the same floor, and there was a comfortable pull out couch in each. A working fridge, amenities, washer/dryer combo. No ac, but there was an electric fan in each room. One of the rooms had a very broken window that was taped up, but other than that, we were very pleased with our 4 nights, and I would definitely book there again.
