Good management of Chelsea Cloisters overall with friendly staff, except the main elevators in the lobby were closed! Apparently been like that for several months which was a disgrace. There were two other elevators around the back quite a distance and up and down stairs from the lobby. We are in our 80's and with with three suitcases and hand luggage this was not acceptable.
Once out of the elevator on the 4th floor we had a walk of .21 of a mile which was again unacceptable.
I don't know whether the apartment was owned by a third party and then rented out to you or whoever but there some issues. The furniture was definitely basic and there was no small coffee type table in the living room so one had to put cups and glasse on the floor! After my repeated complaing the lobby staff finally got a small table for us. There was a table lamp but stuck behind the TV---there was nowhere tp put it---wierd!
Very small kitchen with room for one person, bathroom and shower were fine and the bedroom was very small, one cupbord only.
For the $ we had paid it really was not very acceptable value and we won't be returning.
How do I get a refund please?

PS pretty good location for shops etc.
