Posizione OTTIMA, il personale è stato molto gentile prenotandoci anche il trasporto fino all'aeroporto al ritorno ad un ottimo prezzo. Le condizioni dell'hotel tuttavia non sono delle migliori, abbastanza datato, le tende piene di polvere e gli infissi avevano spifferi , in compenso però accendevano i riscaldamenti di sera fino al mattino e cambiavano gli asciugamani tutti i giorni.

Posizione ottima, hotel in pessime condizioni. Basterebbe poco per migliorare, ma sembra proprio che chi lo gestisce non sia interessato alla qualità del servizio e all'estetica dei locali. Una pulita a tende, vetri e lampadari oltre che alla moquette (puzzolente), sarebbe sufficiente a renderlo accettabile. Anni fa davano una succulenta colazione inglese che ti faceva dimenticare tutto il resto.... ora neppure quella.

A terrible hotel. It should be a “one star” hotel I was not happy to stay there. The hotel was dirty, moldy and very cold. They didn’t provide hair dryer, microwave nor an iron. During my eight-day staying there. They gave only a small piece of soap for washing my hands

Hotellet var ekstrem slidt. Skimmelsvamp på badeværelse, manglende lys både på værelse og i opgang, ekstrem knirkende gulve. De havde ikke reseveret et værelse til os, der var dog et, på anden sal, selvom vi havde bedt om i stuen eller max 1. Sal, da min veninde har dårlige knæ. De ansatte skændtes foran os. Ved godt det er et billigt hotel, men der er hoteller til samme pris på Sussex Gardens, som er i bedre stand. Trænger til en total renovering. Ligger dog super godt ift. Busser, undergrunden og toge. Man kan gå til Oxford st, Hyde Park og mm.

room was dated but the whole palce was clean, had to goto another hotel nearby to pay by card. Stairs are very steep and not well lit so not recommended for people unsteady on their feet. Location very good, close to tubestation. would stay there again if only an overnight stay.

Awful. Dirty, dark and hot. Would nor recommend anyone staying there. They advertise a free breakfast but apparently that has not happened for over a year.

Worst Hotel Ever

Room was filthy, staff were not pleasant, over half the lights in the room didn’t work, paper thin walls so you could hear someone sneeze in the next room, wood floors with carpet on top but you could heat every creek the wood made, shower broken. I’ve stayed at budget hotels before but this one takes the cake.

Get what you pay for

It was cheap howver we had a heart sink moment when we opened the room door. It was a tiny room in the basement with a brick wall for a view, everything was dated. The room appeared clean but the bedding did smell of stale smoke. The mattress was old with no support, we woke up with sore backs (we are in our early 30s). The floor boards were creaky, could hear people upstairs pottering around at all hours. On the plus side, the bathroom was clean and the shower was good. The location was good, walkable to Edgware Road tube station and Marylebone overground. Wished we paid more money for somewhere else.

Not a 2.4 stars

The building is about one hundred years old with minimal renovation. No elevator. No air conditioning. No shampoo. No chair. One single towel. Everything look old and dirty. How did they rated it 2.4 out of 5 ??!!

Actual stay in the hotel was not more than few hours. What to write about in a single word. But it was in the place very adjacent to life long experience to view few great spots of London. Thanks

sehr günstig und zentral gelegen nahe Edgware Road U-Bahn und Marble Gate. Paddington ist auch noch fußläufig.

Barato y limpio

Ideal solo para ir a dormir si quieres pagar poco y estar cerca de Hyde Park. El hotel es muy viejo pero la limpieza un 10. Mi problema fue con la ducha que no salia agua caliente, el baño es enano pero suficiente para una estancia corta. El servicio muy atento y el entorno ideal (el metro de Paddington está a 7 min andando).

It is basic, but at a reasonable cost. I would have liked an actual curtain for the shower. There is not much room for hanging or storing clothes.

One Star hotel in need of renovations.

Smart to put "Four Stars" in the name of the hotel as it's more of a One Star hotel. They first gave us a doublebed room even though the booking said two beds. No AC in the room and it was about 35 C° so had to sleep with open window with alot of noices from the outside. The rooms are VERY worn down and needed renovations 15 years ago.
