"The hotel and rooms were really small and they failed to tell us at check in that we had to insert the key card into the wall for electricity so due to us not being able to call down (there’s no phone in the room) to front desk for help we had to walk down there for every inconvenience and that electricity thing was the first of a few. The staff were really helpful throughout though so the stay wasn’t that bad. "
