everything was easy and straightforward, location was fine... only slight drawback was the early 10am checkout

Great locations and large spaces. Plenty of rooms for family of four with two separate bedrooms and bathroom. About 10min. walk to train/underground station but nice pubs and stores in between. A convenience store that opens until 11pm was a plus. If I’m going to London again, I’ll be staying here for sure.

liggen is goed: 10 minuten lopen van het grote Tower Bridge station met snelle verbindingen naar de ándere zijde van de Thames. We hadden een zeer ruim appartement op de hoogste etage (4). Losse airco's hielden het koel. er is een goed verzorgde keuken en bij aankomst liggen er theezakjes en suiker. De trein is hoorbaar, maar voor ons was dat niet storend.

Disgrace

Turned up a 6.12pm to be told checkin closed at 6pm, no correspondence whatsoever to inform of such. Spoke to property management who tried calling letting agents. Email at 9pm to say booking cancelled. Do not book with these people.

location was great , but the room was in need of a make over, old and after 3 days dirty , we where there for 6 days and it started to get a bit smelly, towels where dirty and the bed covers needed to be changed

Nachdem ich gelesen hatte dass , falls man später als 18.00 Uhr anreist, man erst am nächsten Tag Einchecken kann war ich leicht geschockt. Aber das war alles kein Problem, einfach einen Mail geschickt und ein paar Formulare ausgefüllt und es gab ein Self-Check-in. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Lage war super vielleicht sind die Bilder ein bisschen besser als die Realität aber vollkommen zufriedenstellend. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Lovely 1 bed apartment with plenty of space

Great apartment with good facilities and good level of basic kitchen equipment. My only complaint was the limited options for contacting management about maintenance issues, except 9-6pm when I was at work. When minor issue was reported, no fix or follow-up happened.

Brilliant modern apartment

Was really great apartment with all I could want. Really modern and clean. I was right next to the train line and a stairwell which did lead to a bit of noise but not too bad.
