Nice front desk, people-the room was OK but a little small even though I chose a premium one-worst thing, however, is a noise from the street. Booked a room in advance. Family room for 2 adults 2 children. There wasn’t enough bath towels for all to shower with only 2 in the room. No spares in wardrobes etc, when using the pull out sofa bed there were no sheets to put over the mattress so we tried calling reception to organise but there was no answer. We went down to reception to ask for these basic amenities. There was a wait of approx 20 mins and when we answered the door, they handed over 1 extra bath towel and no bed sheets. The children were now waiting to go to bed. It was disappointing to us that in a family room on the second floor the outer window was stuck open. There was a small glass pane that could be closed but nothing to secure safely from children. The noise element due to this meant for a very restless nights sleep for all of us. The staff however were very friendly, breakfast options good.
