This may be the best hotel experience I’ve had. Clean, great location, steps away from the train and still very quiet. The rooms were spacious and the amenities were numerous. I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Great location in London and conveniently next to the Aldgate underground station. The room we had was a bit tight (not much space around the bed), but worked out. Staff was nice and helpful

The hotel itself is very nice and modern but the service was awful. This was the only hotel out of 4 during my trip who wanted to charge me for laundry service and the price was ridiculous. We also tried to go up to the sky bar and we're told it was too busy and if we're staying in the hotel to "try another night", which wouldn't be possible if we were leaving in the morning. What a terrible way to treat your guests. The service at the Cardinal restaurant was the only good service in the entire place. Would not recommend.

Convenient hotel for getting around. Clean and well decorated. Only issue was checking in, very pleasant guy but he spoke so quietly and fast I couldn’t hear what he said, I kept asking for him to repeat but gave up on the end.

Area was good and they did allow for early checkin as we had an early flight into London. However the toilet was clogged and didn’t flush and the light switch sparked. Everything looks good but doesn’t function as intended.

Absolutely loved staying at The Saint Hotel in London! Best part? The Aldgate train station next door!! It made moving around and going to airport a breeze!
