Perfect room for two. I particularly liked soap, shampoo, coffee, and tea were already in the room. Just steps from the Tube, makes for very easy travel. The only thing I would add would be paper towels in the kitchen and the TV in English. My Italian skilz are not television instructions worthy.

Very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the mini-kitchen in the studio. The shower head was amazing (rain-type). The only problem we had was an odd, pervasive, pungent smell coming from under the sink in the kitchen. We had to keep the windows open when we were in the room because the smell bothered me so much.

Most of them are fine. I’m satisfied. The room was clean. Laundry hunger was there. The only thing that I ask you that to post to smokers must be quiet while they do it around the entrance. They were so noisy. Unfortunately it was rainy days. Moreover I stayed there on business.

Lovely place

We stayed here for 7 nights and have many compliments, starting with the wonderful location, close to everything! I also imagined that the room would be smaller but it is not. It still has a very functional bathroom and a kitchen with all the basic items we need for practical meals. The apartment is very safe, the bed is comfortable, and there is a fan and iron. When we needed help, the staff answered and helped us, this is also a positive point. We recommend the Studio to anyone wanting a good stay in London, and look forward to staying here again.

This was our 2nd time at this property.The office personnel is so friendly and helpful. We love staying here. Its close to the tube, bus, bikes and railway. The cleaning person is amazing and always helpful. Can't wait to go back next year

Absolutely Unacceptable – Avoid at All Costs I didn’t want to have to write a review but due to the lack of concern from customer service and laziness to resolve our problem I feel that I have to. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the apartment was unbearably hot due to the heating being stuck on full blast with no way to turn it off or adjust it. The temperature was so extreme that sleeping or even staying inside for more than a short period was impossible. The conditions were completely unacceptable. We reported the issue promptly at 16:10, expecting a quick resolution. Instead, we were left waiting for two hours before two maintenance workers were sent—neither of whom were able to fix the problem. By the time we returned to the property at midnight, the heating was still stuck on maximum, and we were forced to leave the property and walk to alternative accommodation in the middle of the night. Unbelievable. To make matters worse, the manager, Aaron, was shockingly unprofessional. He explicitly told us not to contact him after 6pm because he was off, yet provided no meaningful alternative support, only giving us the main customer service line—the same line that ultimately offered no immediate help. We were effectively abandoned with a serious issue and no point of contact. Aaron also showed little to no concern for our comfort or wellbeing and seemed far more worried about the cost of the heating.

A acomodação é ótima, os quartos são limpos e o banheiro é fantástico. O quarto é exatamente como nas fotos, possuía frigobar, microondas, fogão de indução e pia na região da copa, auxiliando bastante na realização de lanches no local. Em relação a localização, é muito perto da estação Bayswater, cerca de 3 min de caminhada, e 10 min da estação Queensway o que permite acesso a três linhas diferentes de metro, facilitando a locomoção na cidade, além de também possuir pontos de ônibus próximos. O bairro é seguro e com várias lojas de suvenir e restaurantes próximos. Sobre o prédio, possui dois andares, os apartamentos do 1º andar possuem varanda, os do 2º andar não possuem, o que diminui um pouco o espaço livre, porém nada prejudicial para o conforto ao longo da estadia.

Great room but not so great smell

We loved the apartment and enjoyed our 4 night stay there overall. Location is perfect, just a walking distance to underground stations and bodega. We had the lower floor room overlooking the front terrace and perfect for 2 people. The only thing we were uncomfortable with was the smell of the room. We weren’t sure where it came from because the smell was there from the moment we checked in until the day we checked out. everyday we had to use a room spray that my friend bought to make it less uncomfortable, turned on the ventilator in the kitchen when we were in the apartment, and even opened the window. We hardly use the kitchen as we were always out exploring London and only come back till late, but the bad odour was always there and we just ran out of ideas how to get rid of it. But other than that, our stay was nearly perfect.
