Functional but not cosy

This hotel is in a great location for Stamford Bridge, which was great as a place to stay after a Chelsea Football game. It was fine, but the decor is a bit tired and run down, and the welcome from reception was less than warm.

A little gem at a great price

Well run hotel just off Fulham Broadway and by the Chelsea football stadium. Lots of places to eat if you don’t want to eat on the hotel. Close to overground railway giving access to central london. A real gem at a great price so have booked again.

a peor estadia de mi vida

Un lugar demasiado descuidado, sin mantenimiento un servicio terrible. gritos en todos los niveles y cada palabra y paso que daban los vecinos se sentian. La visita fue en Invierno y el calor de la habitacion era tan terrible que hasta ventilador tenia. Regular el agua de la regadera para una temperatura agradable hasta parecia un reto. Definitivamente nunca mas pasaria aqui una noche.

Terrible

I would like a full refund. The place was a total write off. The facet fell off and we could not use the sink, I had to wash my face and brush my teeth in the bath. The room was dirty and cold. We asked if they could warm it up and they said they would bring a heater which they never did. I can provide pictures. We asked to be moved but they said they were fully booked so no way. All in all the pictures are good but they spent all their money on the lobby. I really do want a full refund

Fantastisk service

Helt grei standard til den prisen. Kunne trengt en oppussing, men de ansatte var fantastiske. Hjelpsomme og imøtekommende med en fantastisk service. Vi skulle reise tidlig på morgenen lenge før frokosten åpnet, og da ble vi møtt med matpakke og kaffe. Fikk god hjelp til å bestille transport og planlegge reiserute.

amazing location, close to a Movie Theatre, lots of restaurant to the football grounds to sainsburys to metro station, 24h reception. the curtains not big enough for the windows, not black out, couldnt sleep much. pretty outdated, bed needs wd40 for sure, i was on my own so noisy. furniture barely still together. cant control the temperature, was too hot. window to the street, did not try to open it. was nicely located, no noise from elevator or rooms around me just the corridor. needs redone frankly. wouldnt mind staying again but yeah rather avoid until they do some serious work.

Top Hotel

Went to London for Chelsea v Ajax and managed to get a room for 3 nights at a reasonable price. Is next to the ground with a clean room and friendly staff. breakfast was fine and enough to choose from.

Bathroom in poor condition, takes a long time to red lush toilet. Horrible and I fresh bed spread instead of duvet. Final impression was the manager calling accusing us for leaving the TV on the floor.

The pictures on the website were not even close to what the rooms looked like! - there was no fitted sheets on the bed -the carpeted floors were coming apart from the floor -the curtain on the window had was looked like blood on it -the smell of the place alone is an eye opener Please DO NOT think you are getting an updated elegant room like the pictures make you believe you are! Good luck
