It was a pretty good stay. Our apartment was clean and was perfect for what we needed. The only thing I would say is that the couch was really uncomfortable to sit on. The back cushions slid down and exposed the frame of the couch and the fold out bed below.

I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and modern the apartment was. Location is good, lots of cute small restaurants and coffee shops. Be aware that everything is a-la-carte - early check in, late checkout, extra towels, etc. No air conditioning but the week we were there it was cool enough with just the windows open. Also no linen service unless you stay a full week. There is a washer dryer combo, but ours didn't work. Staff was very nice and helpful too.

Great location and right price point for our family of 5 but trade off is they charged for early check in and late checkout. Checkout is at 10.30am!!! Quote challenging if you have very young children

Good value apartment for our group of 5 adults. The 2nd bathroom was a must for our group. Apartment floors could have been a tad cleaner, but other than that, it was a great stay. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby and the Tower Bridge was an easy 15 minute walk. 👍

Great location and a fabulous apartment
Would happily recommend the apartment to a single traveler, a couple or a family on a weekend trip. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean with a great kitchen and dining area, and a short walk to Aldgate and Spitalfields. Will definitely stay again in the future

Friendly but loud
There is a lot of street noise at night and beds are not very comfortable. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Close to bus and underground stops and convenience store next door is great for picking up snacks.

Our stay in Marlin Aldgate was pleasant. The staff were friendly, and helpful, the hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable and well located, easy access to the train station and surrounded by many restaurants and convenience stores. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit London.

Couldn’t be happier!
We got the two bedroom two bathroom suite for a group of five. One room had a king and the other a queen, plus a sleeper sofa. It was roomy and quiet, close to the Aldgate East tube station. Washer/dryer in the unit is a definite plus!

It wasn’t the room shown in the website pictures. The couch was terribly uncomfortable and had cat scratches on the arms! The kitchen was fine. Why does the UK not provide face cloths in the bathroom??
