Not impressed at all.

It was a very average room considering we were upgraded to the “Executive room” I wonder what room we were going to be given originally. The bathroom was very basic. The bathroom was very cramped, with marks on the sink side where someone had left something to burn. The fridge was broken. There was also a big lump in the carpet (Clearly where it had been laid wrong) which my partner tripped on a couple of times. The bed was again average - not as comfy able as we expected and the bottom sheet kept coming undone just by us sitting on it. The lamps were not plugged in - we had to move furniture to sort this. Overall not impressed considering the money we paid. We expected a basic standard but I have had better premier inns and Holiday inns. Staff weren’t very welcoming and helpful. Won’t be staying again.

Dirty. Tiny rooms you cannot even get a suitcase in to. Stained blankets on beds. Did not feel safe. Anyone could walk in unchallenged and access floors. Only one person allowed in one lift because it is so small and social distancing. Awful place. Leering workmen all smoking and drinking blocking doorways in as well.

On the check out, my taxi driver didn't come. The obese waiter called for a friend and asked me for 120 pounds cash with 20 pounds bride and money laundering for the driver.

Great location and not so great hotel.

We checked in and were given a room 211 with one full size bed. Room was so small that I didn't have space to even open my luggage on the floor. Room view was a wall of the hospital and some business backyard. Chambermaid was up early and she was super loud in the hallway, that I really didn't like. Walls are pretty thin and insulation is poor so we could hear peolpe next door talking... Hotel is located in great area, it's a bit outdated and everything is super small in it including the bathroom. There's space for only one person and it's big enough just to turn around in it. Heating was not functional, and half of the plugs / lamps were not working. Chambermaid and another guy who works with her were seen in the hallway looking at her phone and chatting in either Spanish or some other language not even acknowledging guests presence. It was rainy for few days and I asked front desk if they have umbrellas for the guests; he told me to go across the street an buy it. Maybe my expectations were a bit higher because in Canada we get much better hotels and service, but I was not impressed by this stay...

La stanza era talmente piccola che per passare da una parte all'altra del letto matrimoniale (tra l'altro alla francese una piazza e mezzo) c'erano solo 20 cm. Anche se è definita come small la camera non era per niente una stanza doppia. In Italia la legge non permette di avere una stanza senza neppure la possibilità di camminare diritti. Avevo scelto questo albergo in quanto appartenente ad una primaria catena, mi sono sicuramente sbagliuato

Faire réparer pour chambre 607 les : - lavabo cassé - support de jet de douche cassé & Était réservé // + téléphone les chambres 308&309 pour le 17 janvier jusqu’au 20 janvier en accord avec la direction & à notre arrivée elles étaient louées !!! Service et Personnel charmant, merci.

Good

It was a nice hotel, staff were friendly and kind. However, they missed a few of our bookings and a few colleagues had to switch hotel in the middle of the night. Apart from that, very nice. Breakfast was nice!
