The hotel is pretty good for the money you pay, even during the busy season: simple but good breakfast, comfortable bed and great location. But what makes the stay there absolutely incredible is the hotel staff, especially Aika. She went above and beyond while serving us, was very kind and attentive to all requests. Huge thank you to her!!!!

Room is clean, location is not super convenient but just 5 mins walk to the metro and 10 mins walk to Waterloo which is not bad. It just disappointed the breakfast supply is impacted due to holiday but understandable and the hotel is offer option to refund so it’s fine.

Excellent property. Location is great and super easy to walk or grab the bus or train. Breakfast was hearty but during the rush, it is harder to keep up with the demands. Still, great service and very safe. Thank you for a great stay!

Didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment. The staff were fantastic and helped with any inquiry we had. Close to tube station and lots of options for restaurants within walking distance.

The room was comfortable. Fit my family of four with each of my two teenage kids having their own bed (important to us). The bath tub was challenging to get in and out of it due to it being too tall. This hotel is located relatively central to several sites with a bus stop directly in outside of the hotel. However, the hotel is not located in a touristy area. This made it hard finding open restaurants and stores nearby the week of Christmas difficult, while the tourist areas seemed to be operating normally with many options. We did encounter a few minor issues, but the staff remediated any problems fairly.

Premier Inn London Waterloo - Lambeth Road was an AMAZING hotel for our visit to London! We Loved it so much and are so happy that we chose this location! The hotel is very new and nice, just opened in early 2025. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice! Our room rate was a very good deal. The Location is INCREDIBLE! There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. It’s just a nice six minute walk to the Lambeth North Tube Station. There is a nice grocery store right by the Tube Station. They let us drop off our bags early before our check-in time. We want to give a special shout out of gratitude and praise to the Front Desk Employees Shanie, Tonima and Touhid! They were so pleasant, nice, helpful and made our experience a wonderful one! We tried to extend our stay one more night because of flight changes. Unfortunately, they were all booked up. Shanie, Tonima & Touhid were so nice and they let us store our luggage in their storage room after our check-out time until we returned later that evening to retrieve our luggage and head to the Airport! Our stay was wonderful here and we highly recommend this wonderful hotel for your Family and your stay in London! The price, location and nice hotel were an Amazing Deal! Thank You So Much to Shanie, Tonima & Touhid as well for helping us out so much!

Everything was fresh and clean. The front desk staff was outstanding. Every question or issue we had was dealt with promptly. Price very good for London. Tea making supplies and biscuits supplied in the room. Fresh pastries in the lobby every day. Location was great. For travellers, the Lambeth North underground station is just 3 or 4 minutes away. We walked to the London Eye in about 20 minutes. The Imperial War Museum is maybe a 5 minute walk. We would definitely return to this hotel.
