Dårlig!

Vi bestilte på dette stedet med tanke på at vi hadde med oss en 1 åring og tenkte at plass og kjøkken ville komme godt med. Når vi ankom ble vi plassert i en leilighet som det var mugg i, på badet var det løse fliser og kalk(mye) i dusjen. Vinduene kunne ikke låses og den barnesengen som dem sa dem kunne ordne var ødelagt. Vi klaget via hotells, og etter mye styr så fikk vi en annen leilighet. Der hadde dem ikke engang en vifte så vi spurte om vi kunne ta med den fra forrige leiligheten da det var ekstremt varmt denne uken, men det fikk vi ikke. Den nye leiligheten var litt bedre, og vi orket ikke å styre med det noe mer da vi var utrolig slitene og lei. Neste gang velger vi et hotell isteden! Aldri mer hit!

Lage ok. Buchung kontrollieren!

Gebucht wurde für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind ein Superior-Studio (33m2) mit Bett und Schlafsofa. Nach dem Check-In wurden uns Schlüssel ausgehändigt für ein kleines Zimmer ohne Schlafsofa (gemäss Bilder City-Doppelzimmer 21m2). Nach der Reklamation wurde mitgeteilt, dass kein anders Zimmer mehr frei wäre, wir aber morgen umziehen können. Dazu wurde auf unser Wunsch ein Klappbett organisiert. Für separate Bettwäsche für das Klappsofa musste nochmals an der Rezeption nachgefragt werden. Mit Mühe lies sich ein Leintuch organisieren. Leider wusste niemand wo es Bettdecken gibt. Am nächsten Tag wollten wir, wie versprochen das Zimmer wechseln. Da versuchte man uns einzureden, dass wir das richtige Zimmer haben und nur das Schlaffsofa fehlte. Ich beharrte auf den 33m2 und plötzlich erhielten wir den Schlüssel für ein anderes Zimmer. Dieses war grösser als das Gebuchte (2 x Doppelbett, separater Aufenthaltsraum). Dafür war vieles kaputt (Rückwand eines Bettes lag am Boden, Schrank mit Löcher in der Türe, Fliessen im Bad usw.). Da das Hotel wirklich unschlagbar günstig war, stimmte wohl die Preis-Leistung. Zum Schlafen ok, mehr aber nicht.

location great hotel not

What can I say? The only thing going for this is the location as it is close to Hyde Park Kensington Palace and the underground. The hotel amenities are quite poor but I guess you get what you pay for. We arrived about 7.00am and told to come back at 3pm after a long haul flight from Sydney. They charge 20 pounds to leave 4 bags in a backroom, we went back about 1pm from exhaustion. They gave us Room 201 which has a broken lounge, one leg is broken it slopes to one side and rather uncomfortable, the beds have old mattresses which put your back out of whack, the kitchen sink plug is broken, cutlery and glasses not clean and the bathroom is tiny with some mould, shower taps just work and not family friendly. I booked this hotel as the ad showed it had a washer/dryer for laundry. This room did not have either. We asked the front desk about getting a replacement lounge and about the washer, to do laundry. We were told they would have someone look at the lounge and told the hotel had a laundry room on level one. The manager showed us this and advised one of two washers was not working but the dryers were fine. The next day we went to do washing and a sign on the door stated out of order. The manager on duty did not seem to give a hoot and said they would be fixed the next day (Friday), not done. Carpets dirty and stained. It appears their policy is to tell customers it will be fixed but not do it, keep telling people this until they check out.

Slitt hotell

Fint område med butikker og restauranter. Stille og rolig. Buss og undergrunnsbane rett i nærheten. Wi-Fi fungerte ikke de 4 dagene vi var der. Sofaene med madrass som ekstrasenger var heller dårlig, måtte også re opp de sengene selv.

Falling apart

Kitchen Taps didn't work so no water to do dishes, door handle in bathroom fell off and stuck in bathroom, bedroom door handle broken, tiles falling off in bathroom, wood rotten around the bathroom windows. Reported all this at beginning of 6 night stay and nothing done. It's a shame, great location and good size apartment. Staff friendly but nothing done

APARTAMENTO EN UN SÓTANO LLENO DE SUCIEDAD

Reserve un apartamento suite executive. Cuando llegamos el domingo 13 de Agosto a las 12:00 del medio día el señor de la recepción no estaba en la recepción de los apartamentos, nadie sabia donde estaba, no dejaron ningún teléfono ni nada, esperamos durante 90 minutos. Atendiendo de muy malas formas, antipático, serio, desagradable. Encima como la habitación aun no estaba lista no tuvo el detalle de guardarnos las 2 maletas sin costo después de la espera, nos cobro 10 libras. Al entrar en la habitación, olía a humedad, a cerrado. No tiene ventanas que se puedan abrir están con seguro bloqueadas y las puertas grandes que tiene están con alarma. En las esquinas del techo y rincones hay telas de araña muy grandes, vi varias arañas con patas muy largas y tuve que matar varias, es muy desagradable. Los sofás donde pretendían que durmiésemos eran lamentables, era de polipiel, duros, estaban rotos, la estructura de madera estaba rota por lo cual el sofá estaba torcido. Me toco echar la manta al suelo y que el niño durmiese ahí. Una cuna de viaje que habíamos pedido por mail nos la trajeron y nos toco montarla a nosotros, sin colchón, sabanas ni nada. pretendían que a un niño de 1 año le echásemos a dormir en una tabla?. La pared del radiador tenía una gotera que daba miedo, estaba encima del enchufe. Oxido en el mueble del baño. Taza del water suelta. Baldosas levantadas. Moqueta del dormitorio sucia, pegajosa y manchas verdes. Vistas a una pared de sotano. Cocina sin utensilios.

Inte så rent...

Kranen på toan hade inget handtag, kakelplattorna där var ojämna (några hade sjunkit ner). Låg en gammal fruktkärna i byrån. Blev stopp i handfatet i köket efter att ha spolat BARA vatten. Var nära till tunnelbana så man kunde åka in till stan lätt. Hade en supermarket i närheten också!

Nice people running the place and probably worth what we paid but don't expect too much. Very few dishes and things to use for cooking. Had to ask for more than one dish and forks. Only a small saucepan and no frying pan. Toilet seat did not fit. And the shower leaked all over the floor. The washing machine didn't work the whole time we were there. We were on the ground floor and were able to open the window but it didn't lock and we didn't always feel safe leaving it open.

המלון במיקום מצוין והחדר היה נקי. הוחלפו מגבות יומיום ודאגו לניקיון. ובכל זאת-הזמנו סוויטה משפחתית וכשהגענו מצאנו עצמנו בחדר קטן יותר ולא מתאים ,את המיטות של הילדים נאלצנו לסדר בעצמנו. ביום למחרת עברנו לחדר שהזמנו. מיטה אחת הייתה שבורה וכשבקשנו שיתקנו הסבירו לנו שלא ניתן???? הצלחנו לאלתר משהו ולהסתדר. בסוויטה מכונת כביסה שהייתה לנו לעזר ומטבח קטן ויחסית נוח. למרות כל החסרונות הצלחנו להנות מהשהות בזכות המיקום הנוח ויכולת האלתור שלנו.

Less than 5 min walk from Hyde Park & excellent transport links to West End. Staff were friendly. Me, my wife & daughter stayed it was fine for us. Great value & location, ideal for couples or 1 child families having a short city break

Quartier Ideal car facile de accès pour visiter les principaux monuments.PRes De Notting Hill (10min à pied), métro à 5min.Des petits restaurants autour et des quoi faire les courses .L'appartement est propre et suffisant pour un couple avec un enfant.LEs draps étaient propres ainsi que les sanitaires.Le ménage est fait tous les jours Par contre l'état est vraiment à revoir : la fenêtre tient ouverte avec une télécommande, des mouches écrasées contre le mur, Le grille pain sale, tablette salle de bain rouillée, chasse d'eau qui fait du bruit, TRes difficile de rentrer dans la chambre car la porte est gondolée.Pour Le 4eme étage, l'ascenseur indiquait 30 ou 40eme étages, LOL il faut comprendre le fonctionnement avant de pouvoir en sortir.Attention des frais sont demandés pour laisser les valises!!! Le plein tarif de cet appartement sans réduction n'est pas du tout justifiéour 70€ par nuit on pouvait pas s'attendre à mieux, Mais 160€ la nuit c'est inadmissible pour ce genre d'appartement.

Una habitacion grande para nosotros y nuestra hija. Distribucion mala. En la cocina no habia ninguna balda ni armario para poner nada. Compramos pan, cereales y fryuta y lo teniamos encima de los fuegos de la cocina porque no habia otro sitio: menos mal que no queriamos cocinar. Tampoco habia donde comer comodamente - una mesa baja con dos sofas, uno roto. El interuptor de luz para el cuarto de bano estaba detras del armario y tuvimos que desplazar el amario un poco para poder aceder a ello... La conexion de wifi - mala. Lo peor fue el "sofa cama" que no era sofa cama. Era un sofa que se podia desdoblar, pero no habia colchon, simplemente el superficie duro del plastico del sofa - donde cientos de personas habian sentado anteriormente. La primera noche pusimos la sabana como pudimos (despues de cambiarla dos veces por las manchas que habia) pero como no habia colchon solo pudimos poner la sabana encima del sofa y claro se movia durante la noche. Despues de hablar con recepcion ellos mismos hicieron la "cama" poniendo un edredon como colchon y usando una sabana con gomas para fijarla!! A pesar de todo eso el apartamento es una buena base para un viaje de turismo sobre todo por su ubicacion - pero hay muchos mas sitios en este barrio

Fantastic location although the hardware is run down

The neighborhood is walking distance to the tube, bus stops, a whitely mall, all the eating places. We never had problem finding food or light shopping within 10. Mins walk. One of the staffs he is really warm and nice with smiles all the time, very eager to help as far as he can. Help us printed out our reserve red tickets, phone calls..he really made our stay more enjoyable. Although the other two reception guys were not as nice as they rarely show smiles. The place itself is as described by other reviews: stains, molded, ..very little water coming out of the shower.. But they did do basic housekeeping everyday which is a nice surprise. I have two boys coming with me and we manage to stay for 6 nights with me sleeping of the sofa bed ( it was not comfortable but a place to sleep). We buy good food from the Tesco nearby and store them in our refrig which also manageable. Overall, I would stay here again considering the location and price.

Schimmelflecken an der Decke. Die Bettdecken sahen abgenutzt aus.. im Bad waren an der Wand eklige Flecken, Schimmel in den Ecken, der Putz blätterte von den Wänden. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht!!!!

Location is fantastic. Our second floor room was as expected, a little run down, very small, but clean enough with good hot water. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable, would not recommend booking a superior studio for more than two people. But overall good value for the low price in very central London.
