Location of the hotel was ideal. Quiet environment, clean room. Breakfast was plentiful and good value. Room was a little small but adequate for a short stay. Good value for money.
The staff were very helpful and accommodating during our stay. The room it's self was small, but comfortable.
Excellent location with loads of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
Staff were friendly and kind. Beds were comfortable and very clean. There was some noise between rooms but other than that, a lovely visit. Breakfast staff were also great!
All around everything a bit perfunctory, not a lot of heart. Basics provided as required. Good neighborhood. Staff did not have a lot of knowledge about London. Not particularly homey. Adequate,
Wonderful hotel in a great neighborhood. Walked to Madame Tussaud’s and the lovely Regent’s Park as well as the Baker Street tube station. Friendly staff and clean, comfortable room. Really made our London trip a special one!
As a single traveller for a weekend it was faultless , although a bit tired. Everything you need and I felt safe. Queen-size bed, bath and breakfast in a quiet but central position. Would recommend.
The rooms are small and basic, but were clean and had everything we needed including tea and coffee making facilities, the rooms are soundproofed and although we were next to the restaurant we didn’t hear any noise.
Lovely room for the price, super close to plenty of restaurants and the tube is only 5 minutes away. The staff were lovely every time we interacted. Would definitely stay again. x

Our room was small but clean and cozy. The staffs were very nice and accommodating. We had arrived a little early but they were able to check us in right away. After a long flight, that made a huge difference. Thank you!
Stayed for 1 night during our visit to London, the staff on reception were phenomenal. They helped us in ever way they could, very friendly and cheerful. We had the breakfast, which was extremely reasonably priced and freshly cooked. Would stay again if I’m the area! 😁😁
The room was small but nice. The shower/toilet was bigger than expected. Everything was clean. Front desk staff was always helpful and pleasant. The area is very convenient, within walking distance to Baker Street tube station. I will stay here again for sure.
Very good service. Very clean. They room was tiny but the location in Marylebone is very good. A couple of blocks from the subway and very walkable to Picadilly Circus, Soho, etc
