Location was very convenient to nearby shops and stations.
However
This is a staffless property, which created some issues.
Upon our arrival, a code was needed to access our room, we were sent a code that was incorrect and had to figure the correct code out on our own.
The room we were assigned initially had a foul smell when we entered, which we attributed to the location nearby the train station. This is more likely due to a plumbing issue, since our bathroom sink did not drain and would quickly fill with water. The one window in the room had an electric blind, which did not work. This means we were left in the dark during the day, and light during the nigh, with little privacy. They say there is an iPad by the entrance to contact the staff if necessary, this also did not work. AFter many attempts to call we did reach the staff about these issues, and were promised maintenance staff would check the next day on these problems. After packing up all of our belongings and locking them away, we returned in the evening to find that no staff had come, and the room was in the same condition as before. The next staff member we talked to had no knowledge of these complaints but assured us they would come to check these problems the next day. We repeated the same process locking up our belongings, and received a call during the day that we were being reassigned to a new room. This room was much better, with a broken light switch being the only problem.
