The property is in a beautiful neighborhood and is very close to Paddington Station and a number of restaurants and pubs. The rooms were very clean, the daily breakfast was good and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Great location for being out and about in London. Staff are so friendly, professional and smiley. Breakfast was lovely and ables cleared quickly. Nice extras, complimentary drink in the bar and tea/coffee and hot chocolate whenever you liked. Rooms clean. Only negatives small double bed and the toilet and very small shower was like a camping bathroom. Overall an enjoyable stay.

The hotel was lovely. The staff very helpful. The breakfast was also very good. We would stay there again even though on arrival there were no toilet rolls in the shower room but soon remedied by the staff and the door handle fell of our door but as we were checking out I don't know how quickly it was fixed. It was worth every penny.

Room and shower were small, with a slow shower drain which was fixed right away. But Andreas and the rest of the hotel folks were very good and very helpful! Andreas booked us discounted theater tickets and extended our complimentary drinks.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. For the location, breakfast and price, this place is recommended. Be aware that the bathrooms are very small. Small than ones on a cruise ship. The newer renovated rooms are very nice. The older rooms could use a refresh, but they do cost less.
