You want cheap, you get cheap.

I knew that I was not going get the best accommodation for the price but at least I expected clean and presentable. Some areas in the cottage were not cleaned recently, there was water damage right next to a light switch in the hall. Marks on the curtains in the room. And there was definitely not sound-proof as advertised. The positives of my stay: The toilet flushed and there was toilet paper and handwash.

The kitchen was nice and clean. Too much Borge up works. Environment all around very dirty including toilet and bath. Not what it looks on the internet. Small car park for only 3 vehicles. Place is run down.

Good for the money

Not a bad little single room, but right next door to the communal wc & kitchen, so was very noisy. But the room was clean, fresh towels & bed sheets bi-daily, I had to turn the two big radiators off as the room was like a sauna. Staff were very friendly but not fluent in English. But no massive complaints for the price of the room.

This place needs to be out of the Hotel.com ASP

This was the most terrible place i tried spend the night. People smoking, talking, laugh and shouting. People go in and out al night for another business.... even children was sitting in the kitchen lough at middle the night.

Not fit for habitation

The house was filthy and there was nobody there to let us into our room. The shared kitchen and bathrooms were also filthy and I'm pretty sure there were people living in the garage. The rooms weren't secure and the bed unmade. I didn't feel safe staying there with my wife so we left immediately and found a hotel elsewhere. This place shouldnt be on a booking website

Worse place I have ever stayed in.

I couldn't check in. They said the room was not cooked even though i have a reference number on a screenshot. The room was open and allowed in to the building by another guest. The room was filthy, flies and ants everywhere. The whole place was disgusting. The staff on the phone was an absolute clueless moron. I gave him the details of the booking three times on the phone and he still kept asking me details over and over. He said he would call me back but never did. He stopped picking the phone up. It was late at night after a long time and he told me to company to whoever I like.

We just needed a bolt hole to park the car and sleep while in London. This was cheap and although I had read bad reviews I thought worth a go. The communal kitchen were in a mess but I didn't need to use it in our stay so let it go. There was no one there to greet us, so the lady on the phone said she would check us in over the phone. Told us to walk into a room that had the door ajar and that the key was on the table. Great, easy. Well apart from the bed still looking like it was left by the previous tenant's and had left in a hurry. There was an ashtray full of but ends, the bin was over flowing and there was a used plate of food on the table next to the key. We left immediately, wasn't going to let it ruin our plans. Yes it's cheap but we managed to find another place only 10 minutes drive from here, much better. Don't stay here.

To be honest with you, the place is not suitable for people to stay. It just needs refurbishment, and have someone to clean the place. When we arrived there was a guy standing behind the building which looks like a guarage and kept hiding between that bulding and a hedge using his 2 mobile phones. My husband asked him if we had parked on right place and he just answered by saying yeah, and said ' no Englush' meant can't speak English, just directed us to the room and gave us the keys no communication. The bed not even made, there was a duvet folded and put at the end of the bed. There is a metal coart hanging thing on wall, no wardrobe which is not a problem they could just get hangers for people to use. No one welcomes you and show you where the bathroom is and where you can make yourself a drink, but because of language barrier they just keep away from people. I cannot explain what's like unless someone have been at that place. We had to ask for towels, no towels in bathroom, no soap, no toilet paper, we had to go to the shops to get toilet paper. There is a guy who is English but don't seem to have anything to do with the place the way I saw it. I could tell that they don't clean the place because I saw a plastic fork under our bed, there is a tall lamp Full of dust on the stand base, bathroom not cleaned, good job they don't do breakfast because you couldn't eat anything from a place like that.

Would absolutely not recommend this hotel! It’s run down, the conditions worse than a youth hostel. Check-in & Check out process basically non existent. There were not any clear procedures.
