Laughable

The worst night stay ever. No one was at reception and I was stood there for a good 15mins, for someone to appear around the corner. For £78 at a travelodge the room felt dirty. One side of the room had no lightbulbs. You opened the curtains a lovely view of a brick wall. One curtain was shorter than the other and the bed and pillows was HARD it was a very uncomfortable stay. Also had to park 15mins away from the hotel. Never again will I stay here.

Unclean and not safe for kids

Lady who worked on the desk was lovely and helpful, the room was unclean. The towel rail was falling off. I had my 18 month old baby with me, the bathroom was disgusting at baby height there was grime everywhere

God no’s what this mark is next to shower head

교통이 편리 쇼핑가에 접근이 용이 가성비가 좋고 시설이 아주 좋은 편은 아니나 숙박에는 전혀 문제가 되지 않았다 다만 사워기가 고정되어 있어 불편을 느낄 사람도 있을 듯하다

Central location but disappointed with hotel.

Advertised as being recently upgraded this was most certainly not the case. Room had not been cleaned properly found false eyelashes on floor. Sheets and duvet cover were worn and grey, pillows were like bricks. Chairs in room were ripped and tatty. Very noisy at night.

We stayed for NYE was pricey but only because of the date. Bug room. Clean. Basic.

OK but a number of problems

drunks in the room above kept us awake throughout the night and despite the fact that the hotel knew about them, as was acknowledged in the morning, they did nothing about them. When I mentioned it in the morning the response was "oh sorry there were drunk people in that room"!

Nice staff but very disappointing for the cost.

The wooden door frame to my room was damaged, it looked like someone had tried to break in at one time using a screw driver or crow bar. There was no telephone in the room. The television was quite antiquated and the remote control did not work. Internet access was not free. Overall the room was fairly clean and the cleaning staff did a nice job each day. The check in time was lengthy as there was only one staff working and the person in front of me had issues, so my check in time was about 20 minutes. The person who checked me in was curtious and did a good job. The location of the hotel is really its ownly good quality. It is centrally located in Kingston and convenient to everywhere, including the train an bus stations. For the price, there are several other better options to stay in Kingston, they are just not as centrally located.
