"The hotel did not honor my reservation as booked because I booked through "third party Expedia " instead of direct with hotel.
They were busy and gave the King ADA room to someone else. We had to wait for staff to find another room. We finally got a room with two Queens, and a low toilet, and tub/ shower. We made it work but not happy. Parking was not good for capacity of quests.
One good note they have good breakfast and hotel is quiet."

"My first room smelled moldy. The staff provided me with another room very quickly, but the second room wasn’t much better. Smelled almost like a dog was in there. The carpet did not look clean. This hotel needs to be updated."

"Our stay at the Holiday Inn was very disappointing. Only one elevator was working, which caused long waits and made moving luggage around extremely inconvenient.
