"HOT TUB DID NOT WORK. WAS NOT HEATED AND POOL WAS NOT WARM. THIS IS WHY WE BOOKED THIS HOTEL AND WE WERE A BIT DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT. MAINTENANCE ADVISED HOT TUB HAS BEEN DOWN DUE TO ISSUES WITH PUMP. "

"the room was cleam, the internet was week everything kept buffering. I liked the location. only problem I have is that I put up a deposit of $93.15 in weeks for reservation and was told that it would be refunded at checked out. the people thay was running it said that they do not take deposits and refused the return it I will not stay there anymore."

"Room was not as depicted in the pictures. Rooms needed a deep clean and basic maintenance done. Bathroom was very small. Resort should have given me a notice we were on the second floor with no elevator access prior to check-in. "
