The room was alright, it had some cobweb but since the ceilings are high it didn’t really bother us. The hotel staff were all polite and helpful, amenities such as the spa areas were horrible please don’t book this place if you’re coming down for a nice spa leisure. Great overnight stay. Spa access included but was very busy! Great selection for breakfast and staff very nice. Easy access to Cheltenham and Gloucester. Booked via hotel.com and it’s not until you confirm that it advises of restrictions to spa access, should be noted in hotel description.
