The staff was very rude to a member of our party who is blind which we found to be immediately off putting. The hallways needed to be vacuumed, the pool was out of service, the regular coffee was out for most of breakfast & the elevator needed maintenance.

Everything was good, clean and comfortable. On check in I was given a room that was inhabited. Walked in on an undressed man. Upsetting for everyone.

The Holiday Inn Express in Longmont is a nice property. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. This hotel has recently been renovated and has a pool with a slide, as well as a small fitness room. The fitness room didn’t seem too nice, but better than nothing.
