La dame qui a répondu au téléphone était d'une gentillesse et d'une réactivité rare !! Nous avions un problème avec la réservation qui n'avait pas été validée, elle a pris le temps de relancer le processus alors que l'hôtel allait fermer. Bravo et merci Madame, ça devient tellement rare...
