BASIC BUT FINE. HELPFUL STAFF.

The hotel is not central but a friendly receptionist was able to direct us to where we needed to be. The rooms are small but clean and have everything you need. We parked on the street and had no problems. The breakfast room is a bit small - challenging when busy. However, no one was in a rush so it wasn't a problem.

Tout était à peu bien sauf il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur et il n'y avait pas de place au parking comme tout était pris comme le nombre de parking était très restreint.

Hotel bien placé. Chambres mal isolées

Très bon accueil. Personnel compétent et agréable. L'hôtel est bien placé : à quelques minutes du centre de Lorient La chambre (cabine) est propre mais petite et malheureusement assez mal isolée. Par ces temps très chauds, il serait appréciable de proposer un ventilateur dans la chambre comme le font d'autres hôtels.

Moderne, confortable

L'hôtel est très bien situé et facile à trouver, on a pu se garer devant (dimanche et jour férié). La chambre est moderne, jolie et confortable, très propre, bien éclairée et insonorisée. Seul bémol niveau chambre c'était qu'il n'y a pas de prise électrique à un côté du lit. Le journal Ouest-France dispo en plusieurs exemplaires dans le petit coin salon en-bas. La femme de ménage est très sympathique et chaleureuse, ainsi qu'une madame à l'accueil. Sinon l'accueil était assez froid qui m'a laissé un peu déçue. Pas d'ascenseur ni d'offre d'aide avec la valise. Il y a des panneaux partout pour rappeler aux clients qu'il s'agit d'un hôtel écologique mais aucune poubelle ou système pour trier le carton, le plastique, le verre, les déchets alimentaires à recycler (peut-être ils fouillent dans les poubelles de chaque chambre eux-mêmes ?) Je reviendrais bien sûr et je le recommanderais aux autres. Merci.
